Gemini Floral Partners, LLC is a Miami-based fresh bouquet company that specializes in using category management practices to increase fresh floral sales for its customers.

Gemini Floral sources farm-made bouquets and fresh flowers directly from a quality-conscious committed group of flower farms in Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Holland and Mexico. Because we do not own farms and are not owned by farms, Gemini Floral is able to fully implement a "best-of-the-best" sourcing policy. We are not obligated to sell what a farm produces the most of, but rather we design, source and deliver what it is that our customers need to increase their fresh flower sales.

Gemini Floral is not a "broker." The flower products we design and source are purchased at pre-established prices.

Because our category management programs necessitate a flexible approach to servicing retail needs, Gemini Floral offers both dry-pack and wet-pack products. Our operating practice is to use "just-in-time" receiving and shipping to ensure freshness and product shelf-life.

Based on our past experience and current category reviews, we have created four (4) proprietary product lines, each of which has been designed to meet a specific, identified need to increase household purchasing participation and frequency of purchase.

Quality Assurance Programs

PRACTICES
Gemini Floral Partners, LLC uses “Best Practices” quality assurance programs which consist of the following:

Implementation of specific post-harvest fresh-cut flower treatments prior to and after packing all farm-made bouquets (flower packs) at the source farm(s). These practices include the approved use of floral preservatives and pre-cooling as soon as bouquets (flowers) are packed. Upon arrival in Miami, all bouquet (flower) packs are transported to our warehouse under refrigeration and once again pre-cooled before shipping to customers. All wet-packed bouquets are processed under refrigeration using chilled treated water. Samples of each out-bound shipment are checked to ensure quality control and all boxes are date-coded. We use the AiroCide air security filtration system in our warehouse to maximize the bouquet (flower) quality.

PROCEDURES
Gemini Floral Partners, LLC follows strict quality assurance programs for all bouquets (flowers) received in Miami and shipped to customers from our temperature-controlled warehouse. All inbound product is transported under refrigeration from the airport to our warehouse. Once received, it is unloaded under refrigeration, checked for quality compliance, and placed in a pre-cooling chamber prior to being stored under strict temperature controls in designated cold rooms. Gemini Floral Partners, LLC uses “Just-in-Time” receiving, processing and shipping practices to ensure freshness and all boxes are date-coded. We have added the AiroCide Perishables Preservation Technology which has been proven to reduce pathogen levels in coolers.
